Angel‘s Kitchen is the Food Pantry based out of the Dream Center. It serves as our emergency food source to distribute donated groceries and fresh food from our partners at Fresh Market and Second Harvest Food Bank. At the Dream Center, the third Thursday each month at 10 a.m. is the distribution point, downtown. Three other neighborhoods receive the donated groceries on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th weeks of the month. The kitchen‘s aim is to give value and connect with lower income families or our ‘downtown friends’ in transitional living, by meeting their practical needs with food and their spiritual needs by sharing the love of Christ. Each month we serve approximately 650 guests. Want to get involved? Email us at: serveFDC@gmail.com
Backpack Buddies is an outreach to the public school system. Each week at the Dream Center we purchase and prepare weekend emergency food bags for children that are in need of meals over each weekend. The Dream Center sponsors eight schools, around 180 students benefit from the program. The needs are assessed by the school’s resource counselors or social workers. One in five children in Cumberland County are affected by food scarcity and this is a practical need we can meet each week.

Ladies of Value
Ladies of Value is an outreach with a mission to show the love of Christ to some of those least valued by our society, the adult entertainer. God burdened the hearts of these volunteers to show the ladies that no matter where they’re at, he wants a relationship with them. L.O.V. delivers gift bags with goodies and handwritten cards of encouragement to the dancers, bartenders, and waitresses. In the three years of L.O.V. outreaches, they have given out over 6,500 bags and walked beside countless women often times in a difficult season. Kids Jam Neighborhood Outreach
(*New location coming soon*)
Roll up your sleeves and bring the whole family to join our team for Kids Jam at Hollywood Heights as we provide the children’s portion of the monthly outreach that includes music, games, treats, and a short lesson. It’s a chance for us to connect with young children, at-risk youth and teens and create practical outreach ideas especially for them. The rest of the Manna Serve Team are on-site meeting practical needs ranging from seasonal clean-up efforts, food, fellowship, and fun.
